Homes that give back more than they take.

We design and build net-zero houses and whole green neighbourhoods, from the first pencil line to the last solar panel.

01 Sketch

Every home begins at a drawing table.

We start with your plot: its sun path, its winds, the trees worth keeping. Nothing is drawn until we have listened.

02 Model

Then the plans rise off the page.

Every design becomes a precise digital twin, energy-simulated hour by hour, so the house performs before a single beam is cut.

03 Materials

Solar roofs. Living walls. Timber that stores carbon.

Cross-laminated timber, hemp and cork instead of concrete and foam. Our homes lock away carbon for as long as they stand.

04 Water

Water kept close. Heat kept out.

Rain harvesting, permeable streets and shaded courtyards that cool a neighbourhood naturally, even in a Mediterranean summer.

05 Community

Not just houses. Neighbourhoods that breathe.

Net-zero streets linked by trams, bike lanes and wind, built to last a hundred years.

( Our approach )

“Eco” comes from oikos, the Greek word for home. So we build the way a good home should behave: it shelters you, feeds itself on sunlight, drinks the rain, and one day returns gently to the ground it came from.

( What we build )

Four ways to live lighter on the land.

01

Custom passive houses

Airtight, super-insulated homes designed around your plot and the way you live. Heating bills close to zero, comfortable all year.

From 14 months · Passivhaus standard
02

Prefab timber modules

Cross-laminated timber walls and floors made indoors to the millimetre, then assembled on site in days, not months.

03

Deep energy retrofits

We wrap, re-glaze and re-power existing homes until they perform like new builds, often while you still live in them.

Neighbourhood masterplans

Streets, water, energy and shade planned together, for developers, co-ops and municipalities who want whole districts to run on sunlight and wind.
